The front desk staff were helpful during check-in. My room had a rainfall shower head, a very nice touch. Access to Anytime Fitness was included. I used it daily. I also found several power points conveniently placed throughout the room, so that was very useful.
The room was a bit too dark for my taste.

The hotel is near a train station and multiple bus stops. This makes getting around very easy. Circular Quay is also within reasonable walking distance from the hotel, taking about 35 minutes.

Breakfast had many options, i found this very convenient. Hot items were kept at proper temperatures. The adjacent restaurant offered a delectable experience and several restaurants and bars are within a short walk.

i found the staff very helpful! the breakfast was also very good, and there were many options available. the room was quite comfortable. finally there's an hotel that has the option of having hot chocolate!!! thank you so much.
